Maca Milkshake

Breakfast 

Here is the recipe I promised for yesterday and then got carried away with the Inspirational Blogger’s Award.

1 tbsp raw organic almond butter

1 cup water

2 dates (can add more if you prefer it sweeter)

1 tsp maca

It is that simple. Blend and enjoy.

Variations

Use homemade almond milk or other nut milk.

Can add cinnamon, cardamom or nutmeg.

Can add a banana, mango or berries.

Maca can be added to raw pies, cookies, smoothies, applesauce, raw muesli or oatmeal. Maca goes very well in combinations with nuts and/or cacao.

Enjoy the Raw Primal Energy.
