A new delight

I have greatly simplified today’s post. There is much to say but I trust the essence of it will come over.

Our weaknesses can be powerful tools to transformation. They are part of our whole. Acknowledging them can bring forth new desires. If we are willing to look at them we allow for transformation to happen. If we resist we close the door to change and growth. In embracing and being grateful in the Now we clear the space for the new. It also means being in the Flow and in alignment with Source Energy.

Rumi is a Sufi poet from the 13th century. His poems are full of devotion and ecstasy. This particular one talks about  embracing your weaknesses or shadows for they are here to teach us something.

The guest house

This being human is a guest house
Every morning a new arrival.
A joy, a depression, a meanness,
some momentary awareness comes
as an unexpected visitor.
Welcome and entertain them all!
Even if they are a crowd of sorrows,
who violently sweep your house
empty of its furniture,
still treat each guest honorably.
He may be clearing you out for some new delight.
The dark thought, the shame, the malice,
meet them at the door laughing,
and invite them in.
Be grateful for whoever comes,
because each has been sent
as a guide from beyond.

Rumi

Negative thoughts also arise from toxicity. Eating  pure foods makes the way to living a blissful life easier.

Another Mantra to cleanse, cleanse, cleanse is  from the Ho’oponopono (love the rhythm of that word) technique described by Joe Vitale in his book Zero Limit, co authored by Dr Ihaleakala Hew Len. This is an ancient Hawaiian process for problems solving.

Ho’oponopono is a simple process of “letting go” of any “toxic energies” within you and allowing a “new space” for the healing power of the true Divine. Sounds a lot like Rumi. And it sounds a lot like the Raw Food Lifestyle.

The Mantra is very simple.

I love you.

I thank you.

Please forgive me. (More on Forgiveness in tomorrow’s post)

I am sorry.

Dr Ihaleakala Hew Len explains:When your Soul experiences memories replaying problems, say  to them mentally or silently: “I love you dear memories.  I am grateful for the opportunity to free all of you and me.”  “I love you” can be repeated quietly again and again.  Memories never go on vacation or retire unless you retire them.  “I love you” can be used even if you are not conscious of problems. For example, it can be applied before engaging in any activity such as making or answering a telephone call or before getting into your car to go somewhere.

Drinking lots of water is a wonderful problem solving  practice, particularly if it is blue solar water. (Water put in a blue glass and exposed to the sun) It can be used as a rinse after a bath or shower. Fruits and vegetables love being washed in blue solar water! As with“I love you”and“Thank you”processes, blue solar water voids memories replaying problems in the Subconscious Mind.

My note: That is why swimming in the blue , sun energy filled ocean is so effective at making us feel wonderful.  Blue Green Algae is a natural blue solar source. Dr Len also recommends blueberries and strawberries for voiding memories. No wonder Raw Food makes you feel so good. It cleanses at cellular level making space for a new delight.

Today open the door, invite your guests in, love them and make space for a new delight.

Happy living.

    Hi Fatma,
Thank you for this posting. I love your blog btw! I woke up thinking about why it is that some days we wake up with different energies going on. It’s interesting… and I think it has a lot to do with not only our daily life and circumstances we are in but also what happens while we are dreaming. I have a belief/thought that we actually leave our bodies and lead active lives (in spirit form) with others on another plane. So I feel it has something to do with this also.
& Thank you for Ho pono pono. I have practiced it & it works. ..it’s fascinating. Heres a link to more on it:
