I love simple, easy, healthy, delicious recipes. This one fulfills all these criterias.

1/3 cup brazil nuts, soaked for at least 8 hours

3/4 cup water

2 medjool dates – you can use any other dates you have

a pinch of salt will enhance the yummy taste

Blend and enjoy!

Brazil nuts grow wild in the Amazon forest of South America. They are high in selenium, zinc, magnesium and protein. Zinc and selenium are very crucial nutrients for an under functioning thyroid. Brazil nuts are one of the best dietary source of selenium.
