Juice feasting

One Day's Worth of Produce.

Produce for a day of juice feasting – by David and Katrina

The juice feasting fever is spreading like wildfire amongst the raw community. Juice feasting means you can drink all fresh, nutrient dense juices for up to 92 days, healing and preventing almost every major health challenge in western society. The recommendation is to drink a gallon of juice thoughout the day incorporating a head of celery and 2 bunches of greens per day.

Using fresh raw juices was first made famous by Dr Max Bircher-Benner and Dr Max Gerson 100 years ago. Today it is used in spas, ayurvedic resorts, at the Hippocrates Institute and many health-related institutes. Now you can do it at home but will need to understand how to support yourself best through the program.

David and Katrina Rain have taken the concept further by taking in an increased amount of juice for a longer period of time as well as adding superfood supplements to the program for incredible results. You can check out their very informative website here as well as sign up to become a member.

You can juice feast for a day, for 3 days, for 10 days or anytime upto 92 days. You make the choice that is best for you. Juices help to cleanse, alkalize, rehydrate and rebuild.

There is also a global juice feast starting on March 1, 2008, when people will be juice feasting globally.

Most juice feasters choose to take the following supplements:

MSM

Green Powders

Hemp Oil, Coconut Oil

Bee Pollen

Neeta at Integral-dynamic writes about her delights and trials during her juice feasting as well as listing the blogs of other juice feasters.

Raw Juice will help to revive, refresh, rejuvenate and renew you. It will reverse the effects of life’s stresses and the effects can be remarkable. It will transform the way you look at life and put you in control of your destiny. You will be able to think more clearly and trivialities will cease to upset you. Just try a glass of raw juice and see how it makes you feel.

My next few posts will be continuing on this subject but will be relevant whether you decide to juice feast or not.

Have a juicy day.

Fatma, I just stumbled upon your blog because of the juicing article you posted on your website…I just want to say, I’m so glad I did. I have always been very health conscious, but I am so in love with juicing right now that I feel like I want to share it with the world. Juicing is one of the most crucial elements of attaining and or maintaining health. I truly believe that juicing can mean the difference between good health and GLOWING health. It is amazing and I can testify from personal experience and transformation that juicing is one of the best things you can do for your body. Keep spreading the word. We need more people spreading truth and empowerment. Thank you.
