Tools for Transformation

A butterfly is a symbol for transformation, joy, happiness, spring, rebirth, renewal, growth and change.

If you are not seeing butterflies everywhere, put up a picture of one to symbolise your own transformation. Suddenly you will start noticing them everywhere.

To round up this week’s post, here is a list of Tools for Transformation. As I was putting it together, I realized that in this abundant Universe just about anything can be used as a tool for transformation. I could easily write a a book about this.

Transformation does not happen overnight, so use all the inspiring tools you like to dance joyfully through the change.

Change is an essential part of life and is essential part of growth and accomplishments. It can be done with joy and ease.

Most importantly know what you want and focus on that. It is the Law of Attraction.

To understand more about change, I recommend Joan Borysenko’s book: Say Yes to Change.

I have not gone into details so as to keep this list simple.

Journaling

Decluttering your external – Make space for the new, create sacred space

Detoxing – more information in my September newsletter. To receive my newsletter, you can sign up here.

Exercise

Rest

Sleep

Silence, Reflection

Food, especially Raw Food.

Nature

Prayers

Affirmations

Anger, Fear – can be transformed into action, Use them to your advantage. “As heat conserved becomes energy, our anger can become a power which can move the world.” Mahatma Gandhi

Gratitude

Card decks. There are many like angel guidance cards, ask and it is given cards (manifest your desires) and many more. Choose one that you love.

Inspirational books and CDs to feed your mind and soul. Check out my Recommended books page. By clicking on each one you can get more information. I love books and could easily list hundreds. Also check out the Hayhouseradio icon in the sidebar.

Colors – have many healing and uplifting properties, Use them in your environment, in the clothes you wear, in your creative work, in your healing practices, in your food. There are many variations of color therapy that are helpful too.

Essential Oils have a direct effect on our emotions. Many oils can help with emotions. And I will talk about this in future posts. Here is just one of them. Young Living’s Transformation empowers and upholds changes you want to make in your belief system. By replacing old beliefs with new thought patterns, a transformation in behaviours, patterns and emotions is possible. It contains lemon, peppermint, clary sage, sandalwood, frankincense, idaho balsam fir, rosemary, cardamom.

Questions – The quality of your life depends on the quality of questions you ask. For if you don’t ask the question you will not hear or see the answer, even if it right there before you. A simple one you could ask today: What can I do to make a difference today? Choose any area you would like to make a change in. Write down your answer and take action. The action might be simply changing a belief or choosing one of the tools listed above. Today choose to listen to your answer and let it help you transform.

Take just one baby step today.

Keep shining and moving towards the light.

I just quickly gleaned your blog… it is great and I shall return…kind of hurrying today…. found it on my daughter’s comment box. I am Robin’s (Keiko T) mother…. living ‘raw’ without much local support….so your web pages are very helpful to me. Thank-you so much ! I also use Y/L oils and Y/L wolfberries.

    Wishing you a wonderful weekend
